Meet The Team
Judy Monday, M.A. – Founder
Judy holds a Master’s Degree in Special Education as well as teaching and supervisory credentials. She brings more than 20+ year experience in school districts throughout New Jersey, Illinois, and California in program development, staff training, education and administration for students with disabilities, including autism, from preschool to adult. Most recently since 2002, she has developed and managed programs, training and services for the students with autism spectrum disorders, PreK thru Grade 12, in the Poway Unified School District in San Diego, California. Her training and research interest include inclusive preschool and elementary programming for high functioning students on the autism spectrum.
Melissa Monday, Ph.D.Clinical Advisor
With a background in clinical psychology, Melissa began her career with six years in mental health settings including Children’s Hospital, Tri-City Medical Center and Palomar Pomerado Medical Center. Melissa has designed and developed leadership assessments, online software applications, online surveys, and training and development curriculums. She also has experience in executive coaching, team training and project management.
Melissa received her B.A. in Psychology from the University of San Diego. She went on to receive her Master’s degree in Psychology as well as a Dual Ph.D. in Clinical and Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Alliant International University in San Diego. She played two Division I sports in college and keeps her passion for athleticism alive by running, cycling, fitness and mentoring in nutrition and women’s health.
Libby R. Schellenberg, M.S. – Autism Specialist
Libby holds a Master’s Degree in School Psychology and has been working in programs with children on the autism spectrum from ages 18 months to 22 years old since 1994. Libby has held a variety of positions including, instructional assistant, educational associate at San Diego Children’s Hospital Toddler School, and school psychologist in a public school district. Libby has provided support to instructional staff in the areas of functional communication, adaptive behavior development and positive behavioral intervention. Libby is near completion of her BCBA certification. Her training interests focus on management of difficult behaviors and assessment.
